HI HMK students! I miss you!! I hope you are finding creative ways to stay active and learn new active things your body can do! I will be giving you new ideas for places to go to online to keep up your cardio fitness, strength and flexibility. I will try to find ways to help you learn dances that we would have been doing in classes! Dance helps you in all areas of sport as it involves combinations of steps, tempo and your upper body and lower body doing different things! All sports have these!! We will do some traditional dances and some hip hop, zumba and other steps! Keep fit and have fun! Mrs. Douglas
There is a page of lessons and activities for each grade. Please go to your page and try to do something in each of the four areas each day! Have some fun too, maybe playing balloon volleyball over the coffee table net!!
